how come some juice is clear, and some juice isn't? Like this local vape shop by me, the grape flavored juice I got is clear. Then I got jolly rancher and it was a dark color. The guy working there said that there juice is fda approved and made in Florida. So they're house juice will still be available after August, you think this isn't true? This other vape store near me has a sale going on for 10 for a 60 mL. It's only a sale though it's not 10 normally. Is there a differnce? the one with the 10 60ml makes the juice in the bank and the other does not. Also, the one that has the 10 60 ml has 2 mg of nic and the other shop by me only has 3.

Hmm...Fresh squeezed Florida e liquid. Sounds like a marketing slogan. Hey, we're gonna be rich. I promise not to tell anybody.

I mix at home. See my recipe below. The liquid starts out almost perfectly clear. As the days go by it darkens. It also might improve in taste, I'm not certain about that. My best guess is the nic changes color. With some flavorings may be they are dark when they are new. The flavoring I use is a very subtle amber then I dilute it almost 99%. I'm looking at a bottle of juice that's a couple of weeks old. It's distinctly orangish amber colored but started out almost clear. Keeping it in darkness definitely slows the process down. Keeping mixed liquid refrigerated but not frozen also seems to help but I rarely do that. I usually mix every 2 to 4 weeks.

Some flavorings have different colors.
No juice has been FDA approved yet.
Then how is their house made juice going to be available still after August? And they can keep selling it. I know the regs will let you sell what you have but he said there's will be on the market and won't get taken off

Not sure, how he knows their juice will be FDA approved and on the market. Hopefully it will be.

No juice is currently FDA approved. They all have to go through the approval process. $3000 for each flavor, and each nicotine strength, including no nicotine flavors. And there is no guarantee that ANY e-liquids will be approved. The FDA can reject the application for any reason, including if they don't like the name of the juice. Then the entire process must be restarted with another $3000 application.

Makes me wonder what this dude is vaping...

Perhaps they misspoke. Or perhaps they are just - very confused and very wrong. (That happens a lot in vape shops.)

No vape liquid has been "FDA approved". Period. Did they already pony up the couple few hundred grand for the PMTA application and somehow get the FDA to fast track their application for an e-lquid? It's logistically impossible for that to have happened.

The color of an e-lquid is determined by the flavoring used. Some flavorings have more intense color than others. However, the flavorings should not contain added food colorings just to push that issue. You inhale e-liquids - you don't look at them.

There is a juice maker based here in Central Florida who was putting 'FDA Approved' on his labels over 2 years ago. He even had the FDA logo. I confronted him about it one time, and was told to leave the premesis. Don't know if it's the same company or not. But it sounds like it.

Super easy and logical explanation for all of this! He's a liar!

    Cheers!
