Juice economy: Vision Clearomizer vs. Smoketech DCT v2

It could very well just be a perception thing...but has anyone else noticed that the Vision Clearomizers just tear through juice? I started out dripping, and a 5mL bottle seemed to last forever and a day. Then I got into the Vision Clearo's and I really liked them (still do), but I found myself refilling the thing constantly and 5mL bottles were gone in a flash.

Recently a buddy of mine gave me his 1000mAh eGo-C twist battery because he upgraded to a Silver Bullet. Since I gained the ability to play with rudimentary vv, I bought a 3.5mL DCT v2 (1.5ohm). I figured that if the clearo was obliterating juice, then the dual coil on a 4.8v twist would be even worse...but it's lasting a lot longer in the DCT than it did in the Clearo. Same juice, some vape time & frequency. Strikes me as odd....has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, I am hammering on both of them pretty hard and i have noticed the exact same thing. I'm not sure why. my guess is that the glass fibre wick in the vision just feeds alot of juice as opposed to the polyfil in the DCT. It doesn't bother me too much cause i quite like the smooth vape off the vision.

What is the best unit to buy to have access to the dual coil cardos?

The vision produces more steam than the DCT. Using a simple Boge -Carto with the smoketech-tank instead of the DC-Carto from Smoketech you will also get more steam. I tried the DC from smoketech, but dont like them. Using now the xl-Boge cartos with the same tank and works great.
