Juice flying into mouth.

Getting juice in the chimney and on to the drip tip suggests flooding. To tight a draw; more juice than needed versus air flow? Does it occur right after starting a new tank/coil/wick and priming to much?

it doesnt seem to be leaking. Theres alot of popping sounds when I fire it, Not much flavor. Using rayon.
Could be that your wick is pulling in too much juice and the coil can't keep up. Could also be that the wick is too thin and juice is just filling up the chamber. Could be that your device isn't putting out enough power (try upping wattage if that's an option) Could be that your juice is too thin. I'm just throwing stuff out there.
From what you've described the list of potential problems has gotten pretty long.
A poorly built coil and/or too little wick could cause flooding
Have you tried opening up your air flow control? If the air flow (draw) is set too low it could cause flooding
Is the tank over filled?
Is your voltage/wattage set too low?
