I love my RBA's. I have some did clones and the larger AGA rebuildables from discountvapers the Hydra and Tiamat. These are good but i know they are knockoffs. I hope to be digging deeper in my pockets soon and purchase an original DID. But I have noticed with these units how much juice they consume. Vapor production is great and I wonder is that the trade off for them being such big juice hogs. I'm using 50/50 pg/vg. With the Tiamat since it has a clear tank, I can see how fast the juice dwindles. I wonder if my mixture needs to be tweeked maybe less vg and more pg? I don't know. Don't get me though, I'm enjoying the vapor. I just wonder if this is how things are gonna be from now on. I'd to get your experiences with these clones and larger "clones" and if the original DID and the like perform differently.

Not only are they juice hogs, but they are battery killers, too. My batteries don't last nearly as long when using a Genesis-style atomizer. I believe it is due to the higher wattage needed to get these to work properly. After all, that SS wick acts like a heatsink - when oxidizing, did you ever feel much heat when you stuck the one end in the torch? Wattage translates to heat, my friends, and these wicks are happy to suck it up.

Yes, it definantly is a trade off for more vapor and flavor too. And there goes my juice. I am recharging my imr battery daily as well. I didnt get the aw imr and I wonder if that might do a better job. I noticed using the aw imr 18650 they seem to last a long time but I am using a no name imr 18490 in my bolt with a kick at 10 watts. I'm happy, not really complaining about. It was just an observation. In search for that perfect vaping experience rba's are as close as we are gonna get as of now. I will be getting some better quality rba's soon and I'm interested to see how they perform. Think I'll be buying more imr batts soon too AW brand.

I noticed the G-Tank uses a very skinny ss mesh and that thing vapes like a freight train. It's probably twice if not 3 times thinner than my wicks. The over all construction of that device is different than most anyway. I'd love to get my hands on one of those. Using these AGA tanks I have made some fatboy wicks and they do a great job suck up the juice. But again the vapor is great.

Being a juice hog is not a bad thing, the more juice vaporized the better the hit you get. It's a trade off: more vapor and flavor means more money but also a much more satisfying vape.

Well-said. Not much to add to this, really...sometimes you don't need to write a book on something to give a thorough explanation.

Although I tend to, more often than not, haha.

I find all my genesis devices are juice hogs. Went from 2mls a day to 5 MLS using genesis devices exclusively.

Interesting. I found that if I kept up my usual cartomizer rate I was over dosing a lot. In the approximately four months I've been using a genesis atomizer exclusively. I've dropped from 24mg to 12mg juice and cut my vaping down to <2ml a day. With cartomizers I was >5ml a day at 24mg.
