Just started using my juicebox. At first I didn't like not being able to see the drops as they came out so I searched until I found a clear pen (tinted blue) that I could see through. Watching the drops come out makes all the difference.
Biggest problem so far is doing this in the dark---then is when a pump set to release one drop at a time would be great. I am looking into this: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/tips-tricks/105219-spray-fashion-new-drip-method.html

Seems you should look into MoonMan's or Chuckies approach if you don't like squeezing a bottle. These pump bottles are also pretty consistent when it comes to dispensing liquid, should easily compare to the nasal pumps you linked to.

This looks pretty promising but they don't have a price for it

Nice looking pump, Willy..... could you tell us where you sourced that unit? It looks great and sizing seems perfect. I've been scouring electronic surplus stores, flea markets, and places like MPJA for small pumps -- all I get are blank stares when I try to explain what I want it for, but that one is by far the smallest I've seen. Thanks in advance for your reply...... horton

In my mind low tech is the way to go.
(save all power for the coil)

I'm working on a mechanical pump that uses a threaded plunger.
Just twist it a bit and it delivers a measured amount based on how far it was rotated.
It is easy to regulate the amount.

It is difficult to squeeze the pump into the space in the mouthpiece/atty of a 510.
I think it can be done though! :)
For a penstyle it is easier.

For a mod mounted pump it seems easily doable.

I started with a syringe and threaded the inside on my first prototype.

YMMV

The smallest TCS micro pump on that site flows at 150ml/min. That is a whopping 2 1/2 mil/second flow rate. The tubing looks like 1/8"?

How do you keep from flooding the atty?
I can only imagine that you have to both choke the tubing size on the outlet and reduce the input voltage to the pump. You still would have a few small window between "not enough" and "darn! 30 drops too many".

Of course I must be missing something, So how are you regulating that thing and ensuring that there is no atty flooding?

I sourced a 3-5 ml/min piezio picro pump a while back looking for this application but i'm not spending $200 for it.
