The atty will clear up eventually. You can soak it in just boiled (not boiling) water for a while and agitate it every once in a while to help "wash" out the taste. Just make sure it has dried overnight before putting it back in service.

Had no idea when I started my reply. I was going to be so long winded. Be prepared. It's practically a novel.

"They" say there is no such thing as a dumb question. . . Gonna put that saying to the test now with a couple of questions.

Is it possible that if I was vaping PURE or almost pure flavor, that the juice could blow an atomizer. Seems like every atomizer I used with this Cap juice is shot in one way or another.... the new ones I got this week from China... good ones, recommended ones, are all leaking. I bought 5 801s. 2 leaked from the get-go. The other 3 were working fine... I tried each of the working ones. had them on a few PVs -dripped-took a puff- no Vapor few more drips and when I unscrewed the atty I could See it was leaking ...a lot. . Put each on a paper towel. When I drip it just runs right out of the bottom of the atty on to the paper.

Next I put one of my Janty 801 atomizers on my Prodigy. I dripped... pushed the button on my prodigy, there was a pop and Juice shot up and out of the top (hadn't put the mouth piece on yet) and it almost hit me in the eye. The Janty 801 atomizer did not leak afterward but now has a burnt taste after the 2nd hit.. Tried another atty on my Prodigy. Same burnt taste. vaping is not the same... Wondering it there is now a problem with the switch. Wish I had an analog right now.

I should have stopped trying to vape - stopped changing atomizers. but the cap just smelled so great I wanted to use it!

Going to go soak some attys. the few I have left and see if I can get rid of the misc tastes and smells.

Sounds like the juice is really thin and runny. You could test it with a glass baking dish: prop one end of the dish up so that it has a steep slant. Drop one drop of your juice on the dish, then drop one drop of another normally-acting juice beside the first one. See which one runs the farthest down the glass.

If it is really thin, maybe you could fix it by adding enough glycerin to thicken it.

next i put one of my janty 801 atomizers on my prodigy.

You must have had a small steam explosion in your atty to make that pop and blow juice out the top. I'll bet most of the liquid ran off the bridge and left it too dry, then the remainder of it burnt.

The thing I don't understand is, why does the burnt taste remain after changing to a different atty?

If he's using the same cart, the burnt flavor is probably in that also.

From his description, he's trying to vape pure flavor. ie, trying to vape pure Loranns flavoring can't be to good for the atty. I could see how that wouldn't work and would burn the atty up. It's not meant for that. It's supposed to be added to PG or VG at a rate of maybe 1 drop per ml for flavor. Not vaped almost straight lol. :w00t:

And don't try to add PG to the flavoring. That's doing it bass ackwards. Put the flavoring into the PG (or VG, or nicotine liquid). Check out the DIY juice section. DIY e-liquid - e-cigarette-forum

I was wondering if the juice that ran out of the atty, could have gotten into where the switch is and now it is getting too hot ?? I don't know why any of this is going on ..

The company says that what I am describing is 'impossible.' She didn't say what part is impossible .. just "IT" was impossible and "there hasn't been any other complaints."

So either I got the only bad bottle of Cap in the batch or their Cap is Crap ..
