juice color can change. I have some watermelon that is almost hot pink and as soon as I go outside it turns clear. Storing your juice for a period of time can change to color as well. As long as it taste better or at least as good I wouldn't worry about it.
I've found that to indicate a dirty carto. You can sometimes see dark material coming out of the feed hole - it kinda looks like smoke suspended in the juice. When your tank is empty, change the carto.
