What does it mean when a clear juice changes to a darker color in your tank?

Its caused by oxidation of the volatiles, nothing to be worried about.
Many people actually think its a good thing and intentionally introduce oxygen to newly mixed e-liquids.

me, I say just ignore it.

This is absolutely true. Kinda like leaving a peeled apple out in the open. It will turn brown eventually. The concentration of the ingredients in liquid also varies slightly. You might get more or less of one part of the flavoring ingredient of the recipe.

Think of it like cold pizza. It's still good after laying around...
