Juice tasted great in store, at home tastes like chemical waste

I noticed that the OP mentioned that they have an evod that they also use. Why don't they try the juice in that?

I vape a few different SB-Kings crown juices and I used Evods, and I find that they taste and work pretty good with that combination.

I don't think even an EVOD would make "fresh" banana taste good. That really DOES taste toxic for a while, until it's had a chance to mellow itself out. Airing it will probably help, too, but mostly it needs to age, I think.

I don't vape the SB "derailed" flavor, but I do regularly vape The OB, The King and Claim Your Throne, and all those 3 are from SB/King's Crown, and I find that they taste fine in my Evod straight out of the bottle, without any aging.

Maybe juices with banana are different? I wouldn't know, since I don't like banana juices.

I've only ever tried one juice (so far) with banana flavor in it, and it was very in-your-face perfumey right at first. Later, it mellowed out and became pleasant, but right at first, not so much. I plan on making some banana combinations and have a bottle of flavoring, but I'll definitely let it age before I try it.

Some juices are not meant to be vaped at low resistance and high watts. Some juice taste better than others in those scenarios and some will taste better at higher resistance and lower watts. Just my 2 cents and my findings.

Yes,Ive often found the same thing...what tastes good in a Mini Nautilus will not necessarily be good (or even palatable...) at Sub ohm or on another setup....

Also the part about the difference between what you "test" in stores and what it actually tastes like at home...gosh ive had that happen thousands of times.... "wasted" so many $$$ on bottles of juice that I hated once at home ....

Now It try to order my juices from vape stores online that sell 1ml or 1.5ml samples,that's enough to test it comfortably at home in your own setup or two, over an entire evening(not just afew puffs in the store).I feel it really helps,though I still sometimes get the impression that the full bottles ordered afterwards are not quite as good as the samples ...probably a question of how long the "sample" bottle was open/steeping.

Like you Im a big SS fan and use the OB, Madrina,Claim your throne, Kings crown and even the new Cloud Co. flabors on a regular basis, usually in Mini Nautilus'. I too dont usually find that they need much steeping, if at all .

I tried Derailed in the B&M and it was pretty much the ONLY SS that I didnt like, too much cinnamon for my taste.... I mean it was "good",just not "22 euros good" )

...so sorry I cant help on that particular one!
