Juice tester made from a carto or a CE3 or some such?

Somebody here made a juice tester from something. I ordered my Wizard Labs flavors, PG, VG and 60 nic [60pg/40vg]. Once I get the stuff, I need a way to test the flavors.

And I remember reading about some making one out of a CE3, I think it was Duster6524, there was someone else too with pictures but for the life of me I can't remember the thread it was on.
