Anyone know of a juice that can clear out the lungs. I know that no company can make that claim, but based on peoples personal experience any suggestions? I want to get rid of all the tar and crap left over In my lungs from smoker more quickly. I seem to only get a little bet of gunk in the morning time and know there is alot more in there. I was looking at nhaler lung juices to start. Plus the sleepy time green tea looks appealing to me because I tend to have trouble sleeping. Anyone know if such a product exist? Also, Does the work sleepy time work for you?

What PG/VG are you using? Medium and high nic in 100% PG can be irritating to the mouth, throat and in extreme cases lungs. I would go with a blend that won't add irritation which could cause more mucus. On a normal atomizer I recommend trying juices with 20-50% VG, tank atty 20-30% VG, stuffing cartos 20% VG

Also - drink plenty of fluids. Vaping can be drying and that can cause irritation. Overdoing vaping can also cause irritation. If you find yourself unable to put the ecig down, try putting in another room and go there for a vape. Once you get rid of your congestion then you can try vaping a lot, try more irritating juices, whatever.

Re sleeping.... Some people have to vape lower nic in the evening to sleep well. Some are the opposite and vape plenty before bed to sleep well. One thing that helped me in the evenings was to have a spare battery for overnight (now I actually have 2, one each for the two models I vape). Late evening, everything gets put on to charge and my overnight batteries come off the charger. Then there will be no disruptive taking things apart and screwing with chargers right before bed, no having to decide which drag is my last before disassembly. If I get up in the middle of the night the ecig is right there. When I get up in the morning it's ready to vape.

Thanks for the info dormouse, however I think you misunderstood my question. I was asking if there was anything anyone knew of that would help with the process of clearing out the lungs. I am not having any issue with PG/VG. Also I know that my sleeping issues isnt a nicotine issue. Ive gone a few days without it and still have issues sleeping. I might be crazy in the head cuz of the war or something...but good information none the less

I just wanted to make sure you weren't causing or contributing to the mucus production. Sorry - I know nothing about special juices though. My lungs and sinuses cleared right up after I started vaping as did spending the 1st 45 minutes of awake coughing and blowing my nose. 2 days after I started I woke up with my sinuses clear (that was a shock after waking up with stuffed sinuses for 10 years). I know for many it takes longer. Good luck. You could try what most people use to clear lung congestion - an expectorant like Mucinex (guafanesin) and drink plenty of fluids.

arnoldo - I think Juicy Vapor and FreedomSmokeUSA have the largest variety of juices as in hundreds each.

I would recommend aerobic exercise. deep breaths to pop those alveoli! blood pumping to increase exchange of bad for good. and yes, flush with plenty of water. increase water also thins lung secretions making them easier to clear.

I think sometimes we rely on something from the outside to heal us when the power to heal was within us all along. This is my Dorothy in Oz theory on life...

that being said, I may try the lung juice myself it looks good and every little bit helps. Mulletein is very good for the lungs and circulation to the lungs. I wouldn't use this product long term. licorice raises the blood pressure. I'm not sure how much gets absorbed into the system, but just in case. ;)

I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

Best thing you can do to clear your lungs is work at exhaling as much as possible, then a little more. Then inhale deeply and hack up a lung or two. Be sure to breath regularly for a few minutes between lung ejections or you will pass-out. I found Tasty Vapor's "Cough Drop" to be an excellent vape for my early days. Be careful though, it can blow your head clean off.

I hate you...I googled what an alveoli looks like...and it seriously grosses me out...Something about the shape just rubs me the wrong way...
