Juice too sweet, any workaround?

Hi guys,

Im not sure, probably this has been discussed previously.
Anyway, I am on 28gauge, 2.4mm diamater, 5 wraps, 1.1ohm build vaping at 12 to 14W, the juice seems to be too sweet for my liking.
I did a 6 wrap with same setup, about 1.25ohm, vaping at 10.5 to 12W, its sweetness is lesser but my cotton gets burnt once in a while.
Any suggestion guys?

If the juice is too sweet, it's too sweet. Nothing is gonna help that without affecting the flavor dramatically. I'd try a new juice.

Mix with the same ratio nic, PG/VG unflavored (higher on PG if you can handle it) and enjoy your new juice that is less sweet and lasts twice as long.

I've heard that all Malaysian juice is very sweet (from what I have read in the SG Vapers forum).

@ReigntheGamer's suggestion may be your best bet unless you want to try DIYing your own juice.

Had the opposite problem yesterday...but this might help.

I had 10mls of Silver Cig Brand American Tobacco kicking around from my early days. I thought it tasted evil and smelled like burning toast on the exhale; I'd also some De Kang's "Power Juice" flavour which while pleasant was over sweet and a bit overwhelming after a while.

On a whim I tried a tank of these mixed half and half this morning and even after vaping it all day find it quite pleasant. Something similar might just help with the oversweet taste you have - perhaps though better with a more neutral "tobacco" flavour?

That's a great idea, I frequently mix store bought juice to get the taste I want and toss in some unflavored to tame it down and make my purchase last longer.

It's also a lot easier than my suggestion if you have multiple juices on hand, and not have the pg/vg, nic, etc..

ETA: That's exactly what lead me to my ADV 25ml equal(ish) parts Virus and Strike topped off with unflavored.

Yeah it would be a problem to try to dilute the sweetness without diluting the flavor. Certain builds will enhance aspects of the flavor. I've recently had this issue with a juice and luckily it's not face-implodingly sweet, but I just have to have other flavors around when it starts to get to be a bit much.

100PG at 36 nic with a wasabi flavor.... not sweet at all, has one heck of a throat hit tho...
