There's another thread someplace here that hilariously reviewed the "smoked salmon" from flavorart. The long and short of it was that it tasted a lot more like a dead fish than a smoked anything. I think someone else found a "cured ham" one.

But my contribution to the "don't do" list: onions, garlic, liver & onions, sushi (I don't care how much wasabe and soy you can add), keystone beer, bud lite.
