Juicy vapor?!?!?

So I ordered a sample pack from juicyvapor due to the rave reviews. I placed the order on oct 1. I just recieved an email today stated they had shipped my order after trying to email them with no response. Calling them only to find out they didnt do my order.......so here it is 19 days after they took my money. They decide to ship out my package. I am hoping that they have made the correct order and possibly put something a little extra in my order due to their absolute failure. Any one else had this problem with juicy vapor or is this just a fluke?

They have been backed up a bit, my last 2 orders took a little longer than usual. I would send Brad an email and let him know that you are not happy. I have always been able to contact them via email.

I sent them an email and gave them a call. I guess there was a problem but i did contact them and it came a few days later. This is great juice and i will be ordering from them again since this was prolly just a fluke. So even tho it took a bit i still give them a thumbs up.

same issue here, i ordered on 10/13 and they shipped it out on 10/19. i made the order the same day i ordered my ecig, and im just glad i ordered juice from some other vendors (which came already) otherwise i'd be waiting 2 weeks without juice for my ecig. i finally called em up today as i was starting to get a little worried being that it should have arrived by now. Only to find that my name was no longer in their system. apparently since theyve been so backed up, a few orders have been "slipping through the cracks". needless to say i was a bit peeved, but they were very apologetic and agreed to ship it out from their NY office(very close to my location) today and hopefully it should arrive by thursday or friday. I just hope their juice lives up to the hype - specifically their french toast w/ bacon flavor - or i probly will not be ordering from them again; considering they're a bit higher priced than some other vendors out there. nevertheless, i feel ur pain mandolinman and i hope i enjoy my juice as much as u have
