The reason everyone has been avoiding the juice, is it's a whole lot more likely to get pulled going through customs then batteries and attys.

If you want to get one started and take the chance of it getting confiscated you are more than welcome to but I would strongly advise against it right now. There are several vendors that can supply you large quantities without the dangers of customs. MFS comes to mid. He has sale right now that ends today though. But he runs them pretty often.
