Or what if Jules continued to do the HG co-ops, but had the order sent to someone else. That way, she could still get the discount but someone else could do the hard part for her, making it easier on her. Or would that just be a PITA and too confusing? I guess you'd have to send the person who is recieving the order the shipping/supplies money huh.. hmm. Nevermind lol.

I have to agree.....One Co-op at a time.

I was so confused yesterday, I posted things from Health Cabin to Jules Heaven Gifts Coop......

So...i think this is for the best.

One Co-op at a time.

Great idea Jules :) Now....ive got my iron skillet ready..if you need me to whop someone with it < evil grin>

Please oh Pluehseeeeeeeee let me whop someone :)

haha..

What happened to the whip?

Jules if it's causing you that much frustration then I would say put an end to the co-ops within the group.

However if you still want to do them I don't see any reason why the HG co-op can't stay as a regular thing for the group. Since you already went to the trouble of getting the extra discount for everyone and doing the first one I don't see a reason for anyone else to run an HG co-op within the group.

As for other co-ops I don't think it is a bad thing for people to run them by you before starting them up that way the group can be kept more organized and there will be less confusion.

I would suggest one exception to the "1 at a time" rule though and that would be for instances such as ones like the EM one georgia just did where there was a really good sale that we won't see again. Still no reason it can't be mentioned to you before being posted though.

I would definitely say that all co-ops should only be done while dealing with companies with a proven track record though.

See, that's the main thing I had against Trueman and I didn't keep quiet about it either. It is not a prove4n company and we have members of PIF that have had problems with them.

Maybe one general hardware (company-based, like Jules' HG) co-op at a time plus "item" or "sale" specific co-ops approved by Jules?

That is doable. I see no problem with that.

Or what if Jules continued to do the HG co-ops, but had the order sent to someone else. That way, she could still get the discount but someone else could do the hard part for her, making it easier on her. Or would that just be a PITA and too confusing? Has to be shipped to me. But, It would not bother me in the least to foot the bill to ship the whole thing to someone else, with a list of who gets what and we take turns dealing with getting it out the door once it's in the US. You all have had to wait a lot long than any of you should have had to because of me.

It would take a couple extra days to get it from you to someone else, but I wouldn't think that people would mind if it made it easier on you. You wouldn't have to sit on the floor and be in pain, or wait for someone else to help. You could just print the list of what everyone ordered and stick it in the package like you said, then the person that got it could seperate and ship on out. If you seriously want to do that and no one else wants to do it, I'd love to. As long as the supplies and shipping costs would be covered as I don't have any money to take that on. I also don't have/use paypal so that would be a PITA also. But I have OCD so everything would be done nicely LOL. People just might not want to pay for the extra fees of the shipping and supplies. I dunno, it's just a thought :)

Yeah. No offense meant to anyone who does order from them, I hope it works out okay. But personally I would never order from a company who sends out more spam than the damn ....../...... spammers. Also from the couple things I bothered to look at on their site I could get the same things from US based ECF vendors for the same price.

Hmm, need to think on how we could do that since you don't do paypal. The PO has $5 flat rate boxes that are free but that would put people paying $5 for a cone or one battery. I had several that fit in the small 4.7 padded envelope and it would have cost more to use a flat rate box. This is an idea that we can build on.

I'll have you know that my dumplins never miss! That is the one meal I can say we are having and everyone is here and on time, lol

Exactly my point. The Trueman case is closed now. Neither party wishes to do it so that horse is dead.

Let's turn this into a "how can we keep the HG co-op going without killing anyone"

Jules, are you sure you can't have the shipping address different from the payees address when you order? Most companies let you do that. Or do you just feel better with it coming to you first?

I"d tell you but then I'd have to kill you. lol It's because of the discount thingee and the way it's being done. Part of the rules. I am willing to foot the bill to ship to someone else though. That would in no way fall back on you all. We could one order a month and have a list of volunteers and just run down the list each month as we go. Just a thought.

Sorry to change the subject....

But has anyone received the bottles from that co-op ?

I really need those bottles...

Copy and paste from another thread.....

All remaining bottle co-op packages were mailed out today. Thank you all for being patient, along with everything else going on causing stress, last week was one of those "work 6 day, 65 hrs, up til 8 in the morning everyday" kind of weeks for me.

Hi Jules, I'm pretty new to this group, but thought I'd offer my assistance if I can be of any help at all in any way. I'm more than willing to help lighten the burden if I can during the next co-op, especially because I'm waiting anxiously for this all to work itself out for my own selfish reasons. My husband just told me he wants to give PVs a try and is going to try to quit smoking after seeing the success I've had with mine. (!!!!!) So I'm really hoping there will be something new to join in on so I can get him a nice new set-up for cheap(er).
