Jumped off the fence, finally!!!

Hello all,
Ive been sitting on the fence for 2 1/2 months, reserching until my eyes were bloodshot and my brain hurt. I finally ordered my very first kit tonight from, drum roll please- V4L. I ordered the XL Man Batts, with some extra cartos, coolcarts, cowboy, 555. Different mgs as I dont know where I will be.

I will be back with my first experience. Thank you all for your help and the education. Talk to ya soon.

Congrats! That's a great device to start with - very simple and lots of variety. And the V4L subforum here is very helpful, too.

Probably the biggest challenge for newbies with cartomizers is knowing when to stop before burning them. If you notice a decrease in flavor (which may be accompanied by an increase in vapor), or any hint of burnt taste, stop and either refill or set that carto aside to be cleaned or refilled later.
