So...last week I got the bug to start vaping. My bf and I are both needing to quit smoking. He is going the chantix route which I cannot do for various reasons/desires and I know I cannot go cold turkey. So I checked out this site and others and discovered that E-Cigs are not the gimmicks that I once thought they would be. I smoke about 1/2-2 packs a day depending on what I am doing and how much time I have on my hands. And like anything else in my life I don't venture into anything shyly.
The first leg of my journey took me to the local tobacco shop which sold the E-Health E-Cigs. They wre out of them until this Tuesday. I have since come to find out they might not be the best purchase to get started with even given their affordable price.
The second leg took me to the local Waterbed supply store who sells 3 varieties of E-cigs. I can't remember what the other two varieties were but I was liking their Luci model. I didn't care for the price tag of $100 but if it helped me quit this disgusting habit so be it.
So today I decided to stop at a gas station that sells these disposable Krave E cigs just to give them a whirl. If they were absolutely disgusting than I might not want to spend a ton of money on vaping. It was love at first drag. So far I have not had an analog since before noon today and puff intermitantly on the Krave. I take about 3 puffs every 1.5 hours and am good to go. Hopefully I can kick the habit. I think I may actually like vaping as much if not more so than smoking. I hope the Joye 510 can live up to the Krave.
I got on this site and researched people's views on the Luci and I wasn't impressed with what I am hearing. For $100 they better be pretty darn scream worthy for me to even think of buying them.
So long story short somehow I came upon the Joye 510 from Cignot on this site. It came with a charger and basically two full cigarrettes and come pretty cool color combos. I also bought some Marlboro liquid, some liquid tea, some cartridges and some things call drip tips which I have no idea if I will need them but they were only $2.50 (if someone could tell me in simple noob terms what to do with them I would love to know)...all of this for under $60 including shipping. Oh and I accidentally got one manual and one automatic battery. Maybe that wasn't a bad thing afterall so then I can see what I prefer.
I look forward to getting to know some of you and will be waiting on pins and needles for my Christmas present to myself to arrive. I hope I will not be disappointed.
