Wood, are you using the cartos on the bloog battery? Have you tried them on your regular kr808 batteries? If so, is there any difference in performance of the cartos between the bloog battery and the regular 808 battery?

its like night and day to be honest the kr bat you have to suck hard to get it going and need a primer puff , the bloog starts firing the atty as soon as you start sucking with little ease much like a real cig the 808s draw is not even close , the atty cart tastes burnt on a fresh charged 808 and not quite right on a med charged 808 but on the bloog they are absolutely heaven thats the only thing you have to use the bloog battery with the bloog cartomizer or it just is not right its just your average kr808 w standard cart experience its nothing to write home about , the cartomizers are a few bucks more for a 5 pack but after you try them on a bloog battery its worth it in my eyes , i meant i pay 12 for a LR cisco 306 atty and they dont last forever if i can make a 5 pack of cartomizers work for a while its cheaper than going through 2-3 attys in the same time , at the moment this thing is kicking my egos ... which you could never say about the 808 , and the cartomizer has a horizontal coil opposed to the vertical wire in a 808 carto so the carto is more of an atty with a very large wick ,
you cant compare the two but switching parts just DOES NOT work , u really have to pay the 15 for a 5 pack of blanks and stay with the bloog battery , your 808 chargers will work fine
but the whole "new" experience is the auto switch in the bloog battery , also the battery is regulated)at 3.6) as is the cartomizer
im not sure if this is a money making scheme to restrict you to bloogs products but it works . and it works well , when jack at happy vaper told me it was an auto / cartomizer system that worked i just had to try it , because i know his opinion counts and i know he was always against both cartomizers and auto batteries , its expensive but it is worth it despite its small size this thing is its own experience its like a scientist perfected the formula to a perfect vape and stuck it in a small yet expensive e cig battery , its like high performance mod meets simplicity in pv , the ego will make a good paper weight/ back up . lol actually i have some vg juice thats to thick for the bloog so the ego will still be used when m bwb malty has its appearances

Good info to have, thanks wood! So, it sounds like it's definitely the combo that makes this system work so well as opposed to just the new switch on the battery or the horizontal coil of the atomizer -- you need to use them together to experience the difference...this is good to know! I was contemplating just buying the cartomizers to give them a try (with my kr batts) but you have confirmed for me that it wouldn't really give me the superior performance that everyone is talking about. Sooooo....I've gotta wait until I can justify another ecig starter kit purchase! LOL! Thanks again....I think.

Ok, you conviced me. I REALLY need to get one. I'm not a huge fan of dripping. It performs fine on my ego with a LR, but it's not what I'm looking for. I need something convenient, something I can show to people and know that they'll understand. Something I could refer them to without having to hold their hands too much during their first weeks. The ego-t just didn't make it. This one seems to be exactly what i'm looking for.

But 120$? Can't afford that right now, pretty much every dollars I get are used to pay my accounts (student loan :(). Since i've been struggling to find money in my budget to order juice and attys during the past months, I guess this one will have to wait. It just hasn't been released at the right time for me.

Anyway, this thread isn't about my financial issues. :2cool:
This system seems to be worth every penny! I tried the 808 carto, didn't really like them. I prefer 510 carto, but it's still not perfect. I really like to look of the pcc. The kit looks good, simple, convenient and easy to understand. I can't wait to get my hands on this!

I've had my bloog for about a week now. It is great. I love the auto batt. I never did like the manual switch. I prefer to hold the ecig in my mouth and puff hands free.
I have used ego, manual and auto.
501 manual and auto.
8081d manual.
I have tried atomizers, regular and Lr.
I have tried cartomizers, regular & CE2's.
I have tried the new 501 tanks, ego tanks, and piper tanks.
my previous daily "smoke" was the piper tanks.
But now, with the bloog. 2 batteries and the pcc. is more than enough to last me all day.
The flavour and vapour is great on it. Love the TH. I've tried pg and vg/pg mix. Haven't tried straight vg yet though.
It has totally replaced all my other equipment for now. I'll have to see how long the auto batteries last.
Filling the carts is easy. Just pop the cap off and drip in on the side.
The only con is the pcc. not enough storage space. If they had made it just a 1/2 inch wider, it would have been able to fit some extra carts or battery.
Overall I would highly recommend this one.

how many times do you think the blood cartos can be refilled ? 1 week? 2 or 3 maybe ?

If you get yourself a children's oral medical dispenser, with the rubber cone and clean them BEFORE they get really nasty, indefinitely... Until the coil actually burns out or the polyfill is useless... Use this method:

YouTube - KR808D-1 Carto Cleaning: Quick-n-Easy.

You can get all the stuff you need at Walmart. And no, that video is not me, but it's a FANTASTIC and effective way to keep your cartos clean.

I'm still on my first Bloog MF carto I bought 2 weeks ago, and still going strong after 10 fills, no issues whatsoever.

Wow!
I think I know what my first e-cig will be now. Thanks for the review wood!
I just have to find one in Canada "with n-juice of course". :(

?what? Just get blank cartos and fill them yourself. Only HappyVaper sells the Bloog MF and accessories in Canada, but you have to get nic liquid from other suppliers here in the north... I won't say what stores carry them, but they do still exist - I don't want them to disappear as well!!

Thanks Crow never thought of that.
Ummm as for the juice........ I understand but it sucks hard. I've been lurking for over a year and won't make the switch until I can get some juice (no point). If anyone in the T-dot want's to (you know the rest).

Thanks again I love this board! (but I'm jealous and going for an analog)

You CAN get nic juice in Canada... from Canadian suppliers to boot.

wood, another question. I know that you can refill cartomizers with your own juice a certain amount of time, but how many times do you estimate that it can be refilled? Lots of people say they love the Bloog but the cartos are too expensive, but $15 doesn't seem that steep, unless a single carto only lasts a week, which is understandably expensive since that's a steady $15 a month.
