Just wanted to send out a hello and big thanks for letting me have some space on this forum. I am waiting for my kit to come in and been doing so much reading here it is blowing my mind. Starting to wonder if i bought the wrong kit. I got the Apollo extreme kit to start off on. 25 years of smoking and i had enough. Any encouraging tips? Thanks again.

Welcome to ECF!

My tip. Come back often. :) I'm not sure about your rig. (quick research) Ahh looks to be an auto battery. I haven't used cartos so can't comment on that. But hey, its getting you started and off of the stinkies.

That is a good thing. :)

Don't be surprised when you start looking for your next mod. I thought my eGo T's would be just fine. Then the bug bit me and I have a Twist and a eVic now (and eyeballing other mods).

Again, Welcome to ECF. :)

Hi and welcome! You'll never know if it's the right or the wrong kit until you give it a chance to work for you. Just because someone else has something else doesn't mean anything at all. It just means you're both individuals! The best thing to keep in mind is you are making a great decision to better your health and you've taken the steps to do it. Who cares what vehicle you used to get there, it's all about the destination!

welcome to ecf. like all the others said...whatever does the trick. hubby and i first had the disposable cig a likes from the corner store....it works. then rechargeables, but the battery doesn't last long. i am not familiar with the set up you ordered, but i am sure it will work for you if you want to quit stinkies....sounds like you are on your way. we are here to help, so ask questions, do lots and lots of reading.

Welcome and congrats on quitting cigs... as you vape longer and experience different types of vapes, you'll start to figure out what you like best... and as you stated, you'll keep being blown away with the education out there in these forums and youtube. Caution: it may however get you to start spending more money than you had first anticipated as there are so many products to try. For me, I stopped looking at it as a money saver and more of a hobby/lifestyle thing. At the end of the day, no matter how much you spend on this stuff, you're not smoking so a total WIN in my book.

Any start is a start, and we all start someplace (usually with Blu ciggs) and then upgrade shortly after. I had blu a month, but the battery charging constantly was beyond annoying. I went to a tobacco shop and the clerk introduced me to Vivi nova tanks and Ego batteries, which is where I am at now. I love it, now I order sample juices by the dozens and am having a blast.

Welcome to ECF...what I'm figuring out is that you always wonder if you have the right kit...lol...so many different setups and mods to consider...and they keep coming up with new stuff...it's an endless search for the best way to vape....you are only limited by your imagination...and of course, your wallet...
