I purchased from them in the past and didn't have any problems, but recently they must have gotten a junk cheap shipment. Their manual batteries are garbage. They only have a 14 day return policy, so after replacing one the 2nd one they said they would not replace again since it is beyond the 14 days, but that is pretty crappy when you receive it defective from the get go. It's basically a disposable because it only works until the battery needs to get recharged. As it doesn't charge. I have multiple chargers and I have my original smoketips that still work. They make it seem like their is no problem with their new supply, but they don't know that I have a few friends local to me saying they have the same issue. They hit weak and they cannot be recharged. I wish they would own up to their problem. I love their prices, but it should at least work. Where else can I go to get a decent price. I wish Smoketip sold manual button batteries. They only have automatics, but the lifetime warranty is sweet.

Some of my mom's KR808 batteries from V4L are 5 months old and she's still using them. And she's terrible with batteries. They have a lot of sales too.

You can get a kr808 Volt battery from Smokeless Image use the code heatwave for 23% off. I think they're about $13.00

Or you could just get an ego- Two 8 hour batteries, 3 month warranty. Whole kit for $29.99

Really? I got a manual KR808D-1 from them fairly recently and I love it. It charges fine though LED-wise it behaves oddly on my old KR808D-1 chargers (the battery's LED stays on while charging on them). But it charges fine and works great. It's my favorite KR8 battery right now.

Are you sure your charger is OK?

Oh man - Smokeless Image has a better code than the one I used today? I bought one of their Raspberry colored manuals because I could not resist the color.

I've gotten some from them. They don't have a huge color selection, and the light-up jewels on the end only come in white, but they are very resilient.

I got nail polish all down in around the pushybutton during the decoration process and they work just fine anyway. (And once you get them blinged out, the white light actually looks very nice).

Just don't buy lots, in case I decide to get some more, I don't want them to run out.

I also got backup hookah-doodles, and they seem exactly the same as ones I'd received that came from different companies, the only difference is that the USB thing fits into the Special Wall Rodent better.

(The other company ones fit kind of loosely, but they don't actually slide out, so it's not a problem, just the only difference I could find).

I ordered a battery and cartos for my mom and got 23% off.

This is a very new version they got. It has a rubber button on them and it says litecigusa on them. I know their older versions are good as I still have one that I bought a few months ago. But there most recent ones are junk. I'm sure my chargers are good. I have 3 of them and my others charge find with them. I've been vaping since last September.

I got 2 automatic batteries from them just recently. One was a XL kr808d-1 batt and I like it, it does last a long time. The other one, a auto 510 has a cut off. Upset me at first that it would cut off after a 2-3 seconds, but after doing some research I found I could do a "primer" drag then drag again to get a longer drag. Gotten used to it now and gonna hold onto it. Was tempted to trade in for a manual but now that I am doing primer drags or puffs, it seems to be working good. Can take a good 4-5 second drag the second time...

QUOTE=lolady;3686282]Where are you finding the smokeless image coupon code?

I want to send off for some of their new colored cartomizer hats![/QUOTE]

The Code is "Heatwave" . . . I just got the same little "Hats" with a lot of other "STUFF" too . . . Really nice sale :thumb: and good customer Service to boot :D

Edit: You cannot even  because if you do you miss an opportunity . . . "loday" did it again - talk about being fast - gees, she asked a question and finds the answer herself - before you can even type up the answer . . .:D

Litecig took care of me. I sent an email and offered to just buy some of the old style ones as I wasn't going to argue over $10. They hooked me up and found some old style ones and sent them to me. They even threw in an automatic one. Before they agreed to do that I went and used the coupon code and bought the smokless image ones. Their manual is definitely good. Probably the best for the money on the market. Very happy with it, but once again my bad luck strikes again. I bought a Mega charger with them and it's bad. When you connect a battery to it it does not charge them. The light on the batteries do not flash or stay on or anything. I emailed them and it's been two days without a response. Are they typically that slow with getting back.
