Just a couple more questions PCC

I received a PCC with my 510, but I don't quite get it. Is it just another charger and a carrier or after the PCC is charged does it keep charging the battery that's in it?

Also, does the battery have to be completely dead before you charge it?

The pcc charges the battery and holds an extra atty plus two carts,no the battery doesn't have to be dead before you top it off. It is the best case for the 510

At home I keep my PCC plugged in with a battery in it until my other battery dies then I swap them out. Overnight I use my PCC and AC charger. Then I take both batteries, two small bottles, and the PCC to work. Usually swap out around lunchtime and I'm good till I get home and repeat it all.
