Well ah, I have had that happen to me at one point when I reactivated paypal, and didn't check my address, I had a burst of packages arrive at my former address. I went there (it was like 10 minutes away.) They like said they sent them back, and I believe it because certain companies were all chill, like IMRBatteries, com, They refunded my order and did not charge me again for shipping, even. They just said they'd let me know when my order arrived, and I should reorder it, after they restocked. Which is kind of why I always use them now, although their prices are good, even if I find better I usually still use them.
Another (China based) company called Gearbest told me it was in the TOS I would forfeit my entire order. And in fact, it was in the TOS, so I did not contest the issue, but I have never ordered from them again, and I kind of badmouth them in situations where it's fair to do so (like this one.) They suck, For me anyway, because I am prone to tragic errors and can easily miss a digit.
My personal opinion is if I make a shipping error, I should have to pay again for shipping but not for my order but sort of every company decides for themselves. I would read the Terms of Service on
vaping.com and see if it mentions delivery problems.
Also,
vaping.com has its own subforum where you could ask the question if you wished and I'm sure the staff would get back to you although you know, it's Easter. Vaping.com appears to be a reasonably fair and legit company I can't imagine they'd say, "Too bad, so sad, we won't help you at ALL" I imagine once the package is returned they'd work something out with you. But I am not them so I can't say but I am sure you would get your question answered.
I always read TOS now, because well, they matter, including warranty info and whatever else.
Best of luck and welcome. As an avid transponder of numbers, I feel your, ah, pain.
Welcome to the madhouse I'm sure you will fit right in.
