So today I decided to try a house blend e juice from a brick and mortar in macedonia ohio. (I travel for work and was running low on my usual supply) I sampled a few flavors and decided on one. I asked of they had it in 3mg / ml nic and the guy said that he could give me the same amount of nicotine in a 10 ml bottle of 24 mg but he would put it in a 30ml bottle and dilute it with the other ingredients. So basically there is a 10 ml bottle of 24mg /ml mixed with a 20 ml bottle of 0 nic. What does this translate to roughly?

To figure out Nicotine mg/ml for a Mixture, the Formula is...

Total Nicotine divided by Total Milliliters.

You have 10ml of 24mg/ml. So you have 10 x 24mg = 240mg of Total Nicotine.

And then you put the 10ml of 24mg/ml into a 30ml Bottle, and add 20ml of 0 Nicotine, and shake it up.

So you have a Total of 30ml.

Plug it into the formula... Total Nicotine divided by Total Milliliters.

240mg / 30ml = 8mg/ml

So you have in the 30ml Bottle is 8mg/ml.

If you wanted to make 3mg/ml with 10ml of 24mg/ml, you would need to add 70ml of 0 Nicotine to the 10ml of 24mg/ml.
