One little thought for the owners though.

I understand you don't like discount codes, but can't help but wonder if you are missing out because of this. There seems to be a real culture of discount codes in the vaping community at the moment, even if it means inflated prices, then getting the price down with codes... It certainly draws attention to your company! Maybe worth re-considering.

Just depends how much of your clientele you reckon use the from forums / youtube reviews etc. Don't wanna jeopardise business from those who don't i guess?

Anyway, thanks for creating a cool site, with lots of stuff that is hard to get elsewhere in UK.

I do understand your point about discount codes in the vaping community, however, when I started Cloud9Vaping, I made a decision not to get on the discount merry-go-round and to try and keep prices cut to the bone at all times, for all customers.
I personally feel that artificially inflating prices in order to lower them with discount codes for "those in the know" is a little disingenuous and not the way I would be comfortable operating my business.

Plus, the vast majority of customers are not active on forums at all, and many do not know that these forums even exist.

I am sure it's a really good publicity generator for a lot of companies, but as you've noticed, I like to do things a little differently here.

Let me know if there's anything else you'd like to see on the site, and if there's demand for it, we'll get it in.

So glad you are so happy with the service you got at C9V. I like unwrapping my "gifts" from heaven too...

I have shopped just about every ecig site on the net and have not found one yet that carries the amount of useful products that Cloud9 does and I know for a fact that Lisa does her best to offer the best prices to every customer, even those without a discount code. She is in this for the long term customer who wants to get everything they need in one stop.

I'm new to vaping and I think this a refreshing approach compared to most sites... The coupon codes is a gimmick which has to inflate prices, so it's nice to know somebody is keeping costs down by not using them....I ordered RY4 & Menthol from Cloud 9 and the prices were much lower than I could find anywhere in the UK... I've ordered from sites before that charge nearly twice as much and the quality wasn't any better.....
Having said that, I'm always up for a SALE period....

Thanks Addick, I really am pleased that you like the way I do things. Not everyone will, but then the psychological response to a discount code can't be under-estimated. One just has to remember that perpetual discounts mean prices always have to be higher and there's always customers out there, unaware of the discount code who purchase at the inflated prices unknowingly - that makes me sad (and annoys me as a consumer).

Genuine Sale periods are good as you say, although due to the low pricing, I can't afford to do them very often, but I regularly have close-out items reduced in the clearance section so it's always worth keeping an eye out there.

I never did take the time to come over here and say thank you when you went out of your way after reading a post I had made about finding a certain type of bottle. You let me know that you thought you had the bottle. After numerous e-mails and pictures and measurements of water, we concluded you indeed carried the bottles I was looking for. Even though they were just empty bottles, you took the time to package them up in your wonderful packaging. I love blue, by the way-LOL. And yes-they were the specific bottle for the VapeMate that I had been shopping for every where.
