Just a "thank you" for going above and beyond

V4L team;

I just wanted to extend my thanks for fixing my bum battery issue. I had posted up about not knowing what was up with one of the batteries I had purchased, and Ryan pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed. While I thought I would have to wait to get a new battery until my next order (which I can't wait to get...I will has a passthrough finally!!!), but you guys really went above and beyond the call of duty: and I wasn't even expecting it.

Basically, I came home the other day, hadn't been home in a couple days, and there was this little bubble-mailer-thingie from someone named Steve, and I was like "Steve? Steve who? I'm not expecting anything in the mail..." and lo and behold, there's a fresh new battery along with a personally-written note apologizing for not having the color I wanted. Thankfully the V4L team knows how to pick them, chrome is just as good as black in my opinion, if not better! Oh, I finally figured out who Steve was, too! Took me a minute, but I figured it out!

Anyways, I just wanted to take a moment out of my day and thank you all properly for taking care of me properly, especially when it wasn't even necessary to send it separately like that. I was already planning an order at that moment, sending the replacement with it would have been just fine...But that was likely the best customer service experience I've had in quite some time. Keep up the good work! :D

I personally am super happy that I found V4L! I just started vaping and have placed a couple of orders from them and I can already say that I am a customer for life!! I had originally ordered a Blu and was very unsatisfied with it...so much so that I almost gave up on vaping. Thankfully I did a lot of research and after seeing only good things about V4L I decided to go with them and I am so happy I did! I don't even miss my analogs any more! I have learned so much from the V4L team via this forum, their website, and even Twitter! You guys are the best!! Thank you for saving my life! :)

A simple thank you from you guys really brightens up the V4L team, I actually emailed mark a while ago about thanking him for my own stupid mistake. I ordered auto instead of manual and he was so kind enough to change it and get it out that day. I posted the email here and he oppoligised for not writing back, I said it was ok because I know being an owner of a business is tough work when you have a lot of orders and some pain in the .... customers. Everyone has done a great job here. Val also has helped me with my very first order. I asked for kamel menthol and I got regular kamel. She got a very long email saying how happy I was for seeing the same thing one day at my door step. I really love it here and I hope this place stays around for a long ... time. How knows maybe born will run the place... Or worse Val! Lol just kidding guys, I love you guys and thank you for everything!
