I just wanted to extend my thanks for fixing my bum battery issue. I had posted up about not knowing what was up with one of the batteries I had purchased, and Ryan pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed. While I thought I would have to wait to get a new battery until my next order (which I can't wait to get...I will has a passthrough finally!!!), but you guys really went above and beyond the call of duty: and I wasn't even expecting it.
Basically, I came home the other day, hadn't been home in a couple days, and there was this little bubble-mailer-thingie from someone named Steve, and I was like "Steve? Steve who? I'm not expecting anything in the mail..." and lo and behold, there's a fresh new battery along with a personally-written note apologizing for not having the color I wanted. Thankfully the V4L team knows how to pick them, chrome is just as good as black in my opinion, if not better! Oh, I finally figured out who Steve was, too! Took me a minute, but I figured it out!
Anyways, I just wanted to take a moment out of my day and thank you all properly for taking care of me properly, especially when it wasn't even necessary to send it separately like that. I was already planning an order at that moment, sending the replacement with it would have been just fine...But that was likely the best customer service experience I've had in quite some time. Keep up the good work!
