Just wanted to say thanks to Steve, Mark, and the rest of V4L.

With a product this new, there are bound to be some issues(hell, a lot of products have issues well into their maturity), but V4L backs what they sell 100%.

In all honesty, I have had 2 batteries go bad, and 2 passthroughs stop working, BUT, not once have I even worried or got upset about it, simply because I knew everything would be made right, without question.

Soo, thanks for making my venture into vaping, and away from smoking, as stress free as possible....:thumb:

Thank you, and yes, this is exactly why I decided to seperate V4L from ALL other's. It is stressful enough, trying to stop an addiction which is harder to quit than ....... We want EVERYBODY to know, We understand
what your going thru. Just use the COMMENTS section for Any, and All issues, and they will be resolved with next order.

Thank you for being in our V4L family, our commitment to quality, and excellence, along with customer support will just keep getting better, and better.
