I’m not even sure whom to address this, but about the warning up on ECF page: "Americans! Please sign this petition - 20,881 signatures left to get an official response. Don't let the FDA take away your right to vape."......

........Shouldn’t we instead of waiting people to find out about this and sign it, put a little extra effort into making it happen? I mean we could ask every blogger, every e-cigarette related web page owner, every single e-cigarette related FB or Twitter page owner (bloggers, communities, e-commerce, enthusiasts, authority persons) to get this message out to their visitors, subscribers, followers and friends. Over and over again on daily basis, so if anyone misses this message today, they will notice it tomorrow.

At least we'd know that we are doing everything in our power to make this happen. This is what we want?! Isn’t it?

If by vape circles you mean people who visit ECF and those that are inner circle, sure!

I opened randomly more than 10 e-cig brand, blog and review sites. I found one of them mentioning this petition somewhere between the pages. And yet, it should be crucial to everyone, who is related to vaping world. I think their visitors could contribute a lot and people buying from Blu or Njoy just might not know about this situation.

Sry, just noticed, that in another review site this petion twinkles between other messages.

But, there's also the matter of how people perceive messages. If a it's highlighted in bold and red on the front page, just like here in ECF, people realize the severity of the message more likely than when it's hidden between other announcements.
