Hey guys so yesterday i experienced issues with my VV grand. Misfires, inconsistencies, etc. I put in fully charged AW batteries in the morning and about 4 hours later at work it was acting as though my batteries were dying. I've been having some issues with my atomizer for a little bit now so I began messing around with the atty. Nothing worked. When I finally got home I decided to give the Reo a cleaning. I noticed this.....

This is how one of the batteries looked when I took them out. Also noticed that the batteries shift slightly when working, walking, etc.
So I did this....

Made my own cheap ... wall from cardboard. No more battery rattling or shifting. Now I'm positive that the issues are coming from my setup in my A6 atomizer. Just letting you guys know. I didn't even think that the battery wrapper could have come loose. Would have saved me some time.
Anyway, if someone has a better idea to help keep these batteries in place please let me know. I'm still a Reo noob haha. Thanks.

I don't understand why the divider was removed in the vv grand. But that's a good idea, I would probably try glueing a peice of plastic in there. I would actually like to see the divider go the full length of the inside of the reos to keep the juice bottle a litter tighter, I can feel the bottle move sideways when I press it, also with a full length divider you wouldn't see the big red battery through the opening in the door. A few people have asked me "what's that big red thing" when I showed them my cool mod

I'm having a hard time seeing what is going on with this battery...can you describe it or add another photo with a different angle?

Darkzero and Pdid where are you guys at ! MacGyver up some permanent fix for my buddy LOL

I could make a divider but it probably wouldn't be worth the cost in material & machine time. A simple home made solution should be just fine.

I too have always wondered why the VVG doesn't have a divider. The Mini I can understand but the even larger VVG I figured should definitely have one. I used to have a 7.5ml bottle in mine but I stopped using it cause the bottle was harder to squonk on colder days. It kept the batteries in place fine. I'm back to the stock 6ml bottle for now, I don't have the shifting issues but the VVG never leaves the house. I never asked, I just assumed there must be a good reason why the VVG doesn't have the divider?

part of the wrapper was getting in the way for the connection.

Huh...weird. My batteries haven't done that on any of mine. When I bump my VVG on it's left side, my top battery moves...but I have always just slipped it back in place.

Is that a flat top battery?

Cardboard or plastic it is then. The cardboard is working fine I was just curious if someone out there had similar issues and a better solution. Thank you.

I just took a look at my VVG, I tapped the left side of it onto my palm & without much force, sure enough the top battery shifted over to the left. I see an easier solution. Instead of making a divider, just make an appropriate thickness shim & use double sided tape to stick on the inside wall of the body to the left of the bottle. Would look much cleaner. You could get away with just using a piece of rubber, foam, or maybe even the loop side of self adhesive velcro. If I push the bottle against the batteries & tap the body hard, the top battery can still shift ever so slightly but not enough to loose contact. I think I may just do this too.
