I am sitting in my office, looking out the window at the rain pouring down............In my previous analog life, I would be dying for a cig about now. I could either:

1) Put on my coat and run out to the car whilst trying to avoid getting soaked and sit in my car having a smoke. Of course I would need to roll down the window which would result in rain soming in the car. Sounds like a miserable experience now that I describe it.

OR

2) Deny myself the cig in the hopes that the rain will let up soon so I can get my fix. Meanwhile I am not getting any work done, because my mind is now only thinking about the cig that I so desprately want. Of course, if I go too long, then I risk inadvertantly firing someone because I am suffering from withdrawal. (Not my staff's favorite option).

Now, thanks to vaping I whip out my...................screwdriver take a couple of "hits" in dry comfortable bliss and get back to work. Staying dry all the time. My staff might be benefitting more from my vaping than I am.............

Life is good

Good one! I was driving the other day in the pouring down rain watching semis rolling towards me in the other lane providing eveyone with a very complete and free car wash. I was chuckling because I was not in a mad dash to roll up my cracked window to let the smoke out. Not to mention enduring the rain coming in my car window even when the carwashing semis were not there.

I agree, life is good. :):):):)

Hahaha....it sounds exactly like the last 20 years of my life. So uncomfortable and pathetic. Sitting alone in your car, half soaked, just to suck in some bloody smoke. Pathetic. PLEASE GOD NEVER AGAIN!!!

That is a funny thought. I used to hate going to work when it was raining, but now just hate going to work, lol. Not to mention, the cold sucks too. The smokers will have to make a decision, to vape or to smoke. I vape inside, but most everyone thinks I go outside. I prefer to keep it that way. Nice, dry, and warm.

I openly use my e-cigs and disposable e-cigars at work. They encourage it, and express nothing but pride in me dumping analogs. I don't even have to confine it to my office. I can walk through the office, get copies, grab items out of my storage closet, all while puffing away on my Ruyan cigar. I look like a steam locomotive winding my way through the office.

My boss, who is a longtime smoker, just purchased a 401 kit, so now it looks like there will be two of us using them at work.

I am thankful I no longer have to stomp thru a foot of snow, tippy toe across ice, stand out in freezing cold air, brave blizzard conditions, leave good friends in resturants,(usually with a cuppa that an employee tells me I cant take outside "I'm not stealing just wanted to enjoy it with my smoke") get soaked in the rain. How wonderful........
