Just got in from the vape fest. Did not get what i went for, but did buy a lovely 18350 box mod from Touchwood mods, also a nice tank to go with it from Juicetrap.

I did enjoy the day but i think the amount of people there have outgrown the venue. It was shoulder to shoulder and very hard to get to the stalls, but never the less a great day out.

What did you buy ?

Glad you enjoyed your day mate,

I didn`t go myself (too far) but that box mod looks so cool. Do you mind sharing how much you paid for it ?

Hi Terry, it was £65, just been on the website and they sell for £60 ! I suppose i saved on postage but the petrol takes that out of the mix.
Still no problem as its a lovely little thing. Just checked the other forums and most are complaining about the small venue.

well i guess that is how big vaping is now kyap, which is good.

And yeah it is really nice, is it vv or fixed ?

Its a fixed mod, with no room for a fuse or kick - 60mm x 42mm

I know what you mean djs - i only got to the front of 4 or 5 tables, spent about 15 minutes trying to get to the Vapist Vapours stall for a Zatty Pro only to find he had none. Luckily the wood mod was the next table. If its the same venue next year i will give it a miss.

I expected show prices but did not see many bargains, some seriously nice mods but very expensive.

Actually did get to see the new iTaste VTR, not on sale but looks really cool.

I sincerely hope that next year a more accommodating venue will have been found. To queue and then be turned away because of being a wheelchair user was not the greatest experience of my life I can assure you.
Ironically, under any other circumstances I would have been up on my legs, but due to issues with both prosthetics and a really nasty skin outbreak, I was having to use the chair for the first time in some 10 years!!
Being told to "Park Up and walk" was hardly helpful.
However, I have heard it was a grand day out for those who managed to get in.

Yours is not the first time i have heard about this outrage, I definately agree that a new venue is required, I cannot see how a big venue such as the Moat House is not wheelchair friendly, it is after all the 21st century.

As for myself i managed to get to the front of a few tables, bought a couple of items then headed for a very expensive drink, got fed up in the queue and went home, left about midday.

Will only attend next year if its a bigger venue (as alot of others have stated).

That is absolutely discraceful,

And although i did not attend, it sickens me to read such things. I really think that the people who organize these events need to wake up and get with the programme.

I would be annoyed if I bought something at a show that they sold cheaper online. Surely people go to shows with the hope of getting a bargain.
