If you want to measure with that kind of precision, you probably should start by looking at Flukes and see if they meet your needs.
Hundredths really isn't that precise... thousandths, maybe... but is it really necessary to spend $80-$300 if you're only going to be using it for your ecigs? It really isn't that convenient to have to use a multimeter to check your resistance anyways.. you need to know the resistance of your leads and subtract them from the reading your multimeter gives you every time (given that it usually is .1-.2 ohms, really easy math, but you get my point). Maybe if you were a hardcore reviewer on youtube or had an occupation that requires a bad ... multimeter.. then by all means, get the fluke. If not... I'd just go with a regular ohm meter.
I bought my ohm meter from kidneypuncher.com, measures to the hundredth... it's pretty accurate, runs off of two double A
batteries... I hardly use mine anymore as I use pretty much the same build everytime, but if you are experimenting with new builds, it is a handy tool to have. You can find them as cheap as $15-$25, really no need to spend hundreds of dollars for something to just check the resistance of a few
coils IMO.
