Just broke my itaste 2.0 :(

Obviously I'm new with vaporizers and usually I'm quite delicate with all my electronics. But, when I twisted the tank off of the battery, I used a bit too much force and I'm not entirely sure I might have even gone the wrong way. The threading broke. Now the tank is stuck on the battery and it won't screw off even if I try to keep twisting it. Can anyone please give me some advice on what to do from here? Thank you.
(hopefully this post is in the right place)

That was my biggest complaint about the V1. You can take the 4 screws out which hold the end plate on and with a little force, since mine had hot glue in there, lift it out. Be careful with the wires; not too far. Use a pair of needle-nosed pliers and grab the back end of the connector and then unscrew your tank. If the wires were broken, you can then resolder them to the connector. After all is well and it is back to working, use some JB Weld epoxy to resecure the connector. You will need to pay attention to the switch, as it will probably come apart in the process and will need to be reinstalled properly.

After the problems with my connector on the v1, I have had no desire to visit the v2.
