I am the lucky one which you people described WHO converts to vaping after first inhale. On the other hand I am mesmerized you adopt the idea "I will not use the tobacco flavors and use fruit juices in order not to remind smoking." If getting a bath with fruit juice in one hand could make you quit cigarettes we would not need vaping devices. You are in the need to quit tobacco so you have to begin with tobacco flavours. Again you will choose higher nic levels you can always dilute if it is higher than you need. Some people wanders how some others quit smoking with only one inhale from a primitive device I wander myself how others cant.
I agree, I needed something as close as I could possibly get to the taste of my cigarettes, or it would never have worked for me -- I had to fool my habit into thinking it was getting what it wanted -- and it worked really well; considering that I smoked ultra-lights for the last 20 yrs I smoked, even the TH was better with vaping!
Now I can't stand that Virginia flavor; I can only tolerate tobacco flavors if they're the sweet, pipe-tobacco kind -- which I completely turned up my nose at, when I first started.
But it took a month for me to totally switch, both times. I had to make it as zero-pressure as I could possibly make it -- no commitments (at first), no promises, just "trying it out," playing my tally-sheet game and "how many cigarettes can I substitute vaping for" -- when I saw how many I could do with zero pressure, zero commitment, then I tried a bit harder... and they just kinda went away. Both times. It was only that the 2nd time, after the relapse, when I had been quit for 10 days (very happily!), those horrible cravings hit me, and I had to resort to WTA -- which worked terrifically.
