I started using PVs in the beginning of October as a healthier means of getting my nicotine fix than burning analogs. At the time I thought I did enough research and that I'd be happy with the Blu (I don't think any newbies initially want to start out with something bigger than the analogs they were used to).
Didn't take long for me to want something more.
The Blu was okay, and its better since I've learned about the BF (blue foam) mod and using volcano attys instead of Blu attys, but at the time I wasn't that advanced yet.
Lo and behold I discover Volcano and their line of Infernos. Instant love. I live on Oahu, so its like a double bonus since I can physically go to their vapor cafe and sample all the flavors they carry all day long, free of charge, and I'll be supporting local business which is always a big plus in my books. Added to that, Volcano puts out some really great products, that staff has always been uber supportive, and I just am in lust with my red Inferno (currently sporting the mega-cartos that have been tea-bag modded and using an anodized drip tip).
Lately I've been poking around everywhere trying to find more eliquid suppliers and getting a better handle on all the jargon; differences between models and what other brand accessories will work with what I've got.
Now, I've stumbled onto Altsmoke's Omega. God, that thing is a friggin beast! Its gorgeous and looks like it could be used to fend off muggers and 3rd world militias in a barroom brawl! Its a dream that will have to wait though. I've already dropped a pretty penny on PVs for myself, my gal, and the parents of my godson (still trying to talk my brother into accepting one for christmas), so I'm not quite ready yet to lay down the moolah for the Omega itself, batteries, chargers, and, possibly, new attys, cartos, and drip tips. Added to that, I'll need to come up with a whole new case (my avatar is showing one of the cases I made out of a Nintendo DS Lite hard plastic case) because I like to carry my toys around with me.
But it's soooooo beautiful!
