New member here...I'm very strongly considering purchasing an E-cigerette when funds become available...for somebody who's very tight on ca$h and prefers a full-flavour cigerette, what starter kit would be best to get me "off and running" as they say?

You can pick up a 510 kit pretty cheap at cignots or a few other places. You can expand on them to others with adaptors, if you choose.

I really think these ecigs are a fantastic thing. I never thought in a million years I could quit cigarettes. And I bet these will be your ticket too.
And even if thats not your goal...saving $$$...is a good thing.
I can`t comment on whats a better ecig as I only have used the DSE 901. The 501 is the hot item around here...from what I can tell. I imagine with the savings over tobacco cigs you will be able to try different models over time...knowing you...probably every one ever made

Like F.M. said. I'd set aside their pre-filled carts for re-use as refillers, maybe after sampling one as a ready-to-go (but not-so-great) first e-smoke. Buy a three-pack of their pyramid tea bag empty carts and maybe 20mg of whatever juice looks interesting to you. Enough to get you going for the first few days.
you can get a startup kit and juice for about the price of a carton of cigs in my state.
