just finished my 4050c booster mod

Its not very pretty Its in a 4x2x1 project box with digital voltage screen. its cool but i just kind of slapped it together. Very easy to work with. Performs well at 5v to atty, under load hits 4.7v not bad IMO for a boosted 18650. Huge Thanks to Breakthru for schematic, and questions help...Thanks Bro! I will get pics after.....again not pretty but vapes like a champ.

Now I have 2 dc-dc converter boards for a vv mod. The boards are so big I dont know what to put them in, or if I even want to use them. They might hit the classifieds for a trade for something.

Current rating is only 1.8 amps. Look for a minimum of 3 amps output. The 08100w is 10 amps The 04050c is rated at 12 watts. To calculate the amps for the 04050c, divide the 12 watts by the volts that you want to use. 12 / 4.2 = 2.86 amps

I also wanted to add, I built to spec and my range is 4.37v - 6.3v I was hoping for lower. hmm......I gotta look back and see
