I have 4 Lemo 2 tanks. I cut the wick even with the side of the build deck, wet it, then stick it to the side of the deck. Then screw on the chimney base and stick a screw driver down over the juice channel and clear the wick out of the way.
I normally just get one side getting air bubbles at a time. It's probably because the pressure is going to take the path with the least resistance, and one will always be different than the other regardless of wick amount.
I'm becoming a big fan of the lemo. It's a simple little tank that works. My only complaint is not being able to remove the deck without draining it.
I change the cotton every 3 days or so, so I would like to do it mid tank if I feel like doing it but the tank isn't empty. That's all. Or to make minor adjustments.

You might want to try what I did on my Subtank Mini. Drill two holes in the side of the chimney where the cotton sits. Here's a video that explains it further:Currently trying to figure out how to wick the dang thing. I have tried 4 times and get dry hits on any pull over 2 seconds. Kind of a drag no pun intended. I've only watched one video on it and it took this guy 28 minutes to complete it. Just wicking!! It can't be that hard. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to have the wick touch the bottom of the (sorry terminology escapes me) deck. I am pretty sure I'm just blocking the holes where the juice comes in. I fan out the ends of the wick but I think when stuffing it down after screwing down the tube that surrounds the wick an coil, it bunches up and blocks the slots. Only get a small bubble after inhaling, and only on one side. And yes I'm pre wetting the wick. I'll get it eventually but hope it won't cost a whole bottle of juice.

I know a friend of mine did it to his Lemo 2 with perfect results. I'm about to do it to my Lemo 2, too. I have nothing but good experience with my Subtank with this modification. Instant full saturation, every time!
UPDATE: Talking about it, I finally got myself to sit down and drill the holes into the Lemo 2 chimney. And it works just fine. I used a 3/32 drill bit, no flooding, really good and fast wicking. Running it on a 1.1 Ohm 26G 3mm coil at the moment at 35 Watts. No dry hits. I definitely recommend this little modification. Just make sure to drill the holes height wise right where the deck starts and right above the juice holes in the bottom. Double and triple check that every time you screw the chimney on, you land on the same spot and the holes are in the same place! If you do it right, the holes sit right in front of the cotton. Wicking becomes a lot easier too, since you don't have to get it perfect every time, as long as the cotton covers the holes, you are okay. Good luck!![]()
