I love Ivape....and will continue to be a customer. Im glad that kno can keep a good sense of humor especially when dealing with customers that no matter what you do they still arent satisfied. I am sure there are people that take advantage of the "awesome customer service" vendors just because they can get away with it. "If I complain enough...I'll get free stuff" <-----Yes, there are people that do that!!! I'm glad this vendor knows his limits and can actually joke about it!

I've yet to find a vendor to offer the same quality liquids at ivape's prices. As long as the liquid is as good as it is, I could care less what kind of ruckas ivape starts on ECF.

Don't see why people here act like pampered princess' at the first sign of a joke they didn't 'get'... It's a web forum, and he's offering a sale... Not a rub & tug to get ...... w/out a sense of humor to become [annoying] customers.

ok wow i dont post much, dont know the backstorry with irritably challenged customers, but hey there gonna be there no matter what ya do. I have recently mey joe in passing and i am sorry for him to take a bad situation and turn it into a joke and then a sale wow that takes talent. hats off to ya joe. And people remember if ya cant take a joke go see a doctor your broke. :)

Joe has never done me wrong. His prices are reasonable, and service is excellent. Actually I recommend him to someone earlier today for his Boges :

He ships VERY fast and it gets to us Floridians in ~2 days.

He has a "different" sense of humor is all, it doesn't phase me. That's probably because we both hang out at Reddit... :)

Honestly, as far as vendors are concerned, I'm more worried about getting WHAT I ordered, at a good price and getting it quickly than I am about their sense of humor...

I think any future posts that say "I won't be buying from you because of this blah blah etc." will be automatically edited with a funny and somewhat inappropriate quote, as I see no further point to them other than that person wanting to be an ...... this is your warning. lol.

I bought a mess of LR cartos from you because the price was right. I converted a coworker to vaping and sent him to you buy cartos and he hasn't complained to me for recommending a bad vendor.

I still have plenty of cartos left, and am pretty well stocked up on other vaping stuff, but after reading this thread, I want to send you some money. And I don't like sending out money.

So yeah, I'm complaining.

(A thick skin and a sense of humor go far in my line of work. I have both)

The real question here is this - What did those customers do to get banned? Were they paying customers or potential ones?

For instance: If I buy from you an eGo passthrough, and it arrives in non-working order. I would demand some kind of solution to that problem. Be it sending me a new eGo or refunding my money. The best case scenario is if you just refund/resend the money/item with no questions asked. However that is understandably a shady route considering you have no way of knowing whether or not the item is actually broken. So I would expect you to have me send it back, I would also expect for you to pay return shipping.

If I refused to return the item even after you've offered to pay the return shipping, then I would be a jackass.

If you offered no solution to the issue, then you would be a jackass.

So, are you a jackass or is the customer a jackass? I need to know!

The customer is fictional, we've never banned anyone sweetheart.
