Just got Cartos for my ego... air-flow problems

Yeah, you can even remove the whole sticker from the carto, but you better have some lighter fluid handy. That adhesive is nasty.

Anyone have problems with their lips disturbing the airflow with cartos or is it just my fat lips? My cartos only stick out a tad less than 1/2". Don't like to have to pucker up when I vape.

Long drip tips are good for this. Also if you have the tools, take a tapered tap die to the cone - you need @ millimeter difference for good airflow. I mic'd the regular 510 atty and then a cone opening and got the difference. Then mic'd the carto (which is a bit bigger) and reamed out a cone for use with cartos. Did that to three cones now.

In an earlier post, I mentioned I had the same problem with shortness of the cartomizers and the Ego cone. At first, I just removed the white plug at the mouth end and used a blank cartridge tip (no stuffing) to extend it, but now I use a drip tip which works great with the cartomizer. (I also think its more comfortable in my mouth given the extra weight of the ego in general)
