are you using a cartridge and atomizer, or a cartomizer? it matters cuz the answer will be different.

With the cartridges, you can push down the filling a little with a paperclip, slowly fill til it reaches about 3/4 full, pull the filling back up level with the top of the cart and add a drop or two. You want it to look slushy but not like a pool, HTH

If you have empty cartridges and e-liquid then put 15+/- drops in the white filler (you can see in the end that goes toward the atty) a little at a time until it's full. You want the filler wet at the top but not shiny. Put a couple drops right on the atty also to prime it.

If you have cartomizers search the forums. There are several techniques and most people seem to like the "condom method".
