I purchased the latest and most talked about Aspire Nautilus Mini at this website called Element vape for $23.45, also purchase both the BVC and BDC coils as well. I came with short conclusions.

Bottom Vertical Coil: It has a single coil and stays vertical with round piece of mesh.
Bottom Dual Coil: Two coils that are perpendicular. There are wicking materials around the coil.
The main differences between these two are the taste and vapor production. The taste on the BVC is amazing and the best tasting replaceable coil that I’ve vaped thus far. I upgraded my Protank 3 to this tank and I was in love with it as well.

This is based off my experience as I am still new to vaping.

So I just want to know, which one do you guys like better, BVC or BDC?

None. I never even liked cartos, I'm still trying the BVC. The BDC never kept up with my pace. What I like even less is that it needs a lot of voltage to give a vape comparable to Aerotank heads.

As usual the vaping world divides in two: carto people and clearo people. I don't think I'll be buying spares once these go out.

Contrary to what some others are saying, to me they are the same. There's a couple of videos on YouTube that concur with my opinion just like there are some that say that the BVC coil's are earth shattering but to me they produce the same flavor and the same vapor. If they are the same price then I don't mind buying the BVC coils but if the older style are less expensive then I'll buy them instead since to me they are identical. In my opinion, the e-cig community in general is like any other hobby type of community always looking and finding something better even if there were no way to 100% prove it.

Check out some videos on the coils some show there is no difference in vapor production and it's rather subjective when it comes to flavor improvements.

much like how people say the Nautilus tank is the best thing since individually siced cheese slices I think the Nautilus tank is a great tank but the aerotank mega is still better as far as vapor and flavor production for my vaping but suffers from flooding when the temp gets hot outside unlike the Nautilus that doesn't seem to experience this at least not for me.
