Haha, gymming 2 hours, 6 days a week will make your mind change direction in a 180 degree manner. Zen is within reach of mortal and not just street cats.
pls la. anybody gym 2 hrs a day 6 days a week sure will get buff after a while. up the protein intake! maybe will help.
