How much do you know about these puppies? Just trying to get a feel for how to advise. Do you understand ohm's law, which for us means that amp draw on the battery is determined by battery voltage and coil resistance? Are you going to be using a mechanical or regulated mod?

I am going to use a mechanical. And a Igo W. Please teach me more, thanks!

Well based on your posting please do me a favor. Do not go anywhere near subohm. You can end up without a face. I will suggest that whatever you decide to go with, you check out the different wick options. Cotton is very cheap. Also some use hemp. There are tons more. Just giving you an idea of where to start. Also I have seen 32 gauge kanthal-a1 being recommended alot. I got that because it was recommended much. Goodluck on your search

sent from my Provari with a mini rda!

Got it. Steam Turbine's link below has great info in it and it's a very good start for you to educate yourself. The RBA forum here has a lot of very good information in it too. Look especially for battery safety information. If you set up a mechanical mod incorrectly and vape it, it can explode like a bomb in your mouth. Do it safely and it works great! There are too many issues to cover for me to tell you everything you will need to know.

You have to understand that these thingies are dangerous if not used properly, especially if the user have no knowledge whatsoever.

Start by reading this please!

Use it as a single coil first... not dual coil.

Very good advice ^^^^ also. It will help keep the resistance higher (and safer) while you are learning.

Vape safe :thumb:
