Just got my first Ego--

and OMG!!! It's huge compared to the 510s I first got. But I have one question for everyone. The one I got was from Cignot, stainless, and a usb passthrough. I orginally got it to replace my orginal 510 pt that quit working on me. But now I have no clue how long should it sit before I can use it? I've plugged it in and have a red light on the bottom, but should it change colors or just go out when charged? I'm still planning on getting a wall plug for it, just can't do it right now.

And as I type this, the red light went out. Is there any manuals online for it? Tried googling it and nothing is coming up except where to buy it.

The light just goes out when it's fully charged, but feel free to use it while it's charging from here on out - I love mine for just that reason!

enjoy your eGo. it's my favorite PV on the market. use only standard atties. the LRs have been killing eGo batteries.

Good to know, one of my eGo kits shipped with a LR 510. Should I not use it? My other kit came with the Mega attys and carts and I've been using those thank goodness I didn't start out with the 510 and LR 510.
