I realize these have been answered here a thousand times, and I've even seen some of them answered here but of course now I can't remember the details or find the info I'm looking for. This is all new to me! I have never even seen any of these devices IRL, let alone learned how they work. I thought when I got my kit suddenly everything would make sense, when I had these things in front of me. Well, I got it working and I am thrilled about it but I am still pretty clueless it seems....
SO
I got my starter kit with an eGo-C Twist (which I have been using this morning) and a Vision Spinner (which is charging as I type this). I also got some clearos which is what I am using at the moment.
---My main question involves my desire to start trying a lot of different flavors.
I am remembering reading that it is better to use something other than clearos if you want to try a little of this juice and a little of that juice rather than putting a couple mgs in a clearo. Something with a smaller capacity, that you just drip the liquid onto or something.
But I can't even remember what they are called. Cartomizers? Cartridges? And are they re-useable for awhile or do I need a bunch of them? Which ones are compatible with both my batteries? How much juice do they hold?
I'm guessing in the long run I will find some flavors I like, fill up my clearo and go for the day. But for now, I need to get through my experimental phase, LOL, and I am hoping to order a sampler pack of flavors today and would like to order whatever other parts I need at the same time.
---My next question involves the clearo - should I keep using it until it looks really empty and then refill it (assuming I don't need to clean it)? I've seen comments about the wicks burning or frying when they are dry so it basically tastes burnt and that's not good... Does this happen when it is empty after use, or just when it is totally dry/new/clean and you vape before the wick gets soaked through? I'm not clear enough on the language/lingo yet to understand the context of what I have read so far.
---And last, again about the clearos, how many spares should I keep handy, as far as the clearos themselves and the replacement heads? I bought 1 extra atomizer head for each of my clearos (a T3 and a Vision Ego 2.0). I didn't want to go overboard with my first order, but I already think I LOVE THIS and I want to be prepared. So I'm wondering what a good baseline stockpile is.
What do you guys recommend?
So far I am super optimistic about vaping. I haven't given myself any ultimatums about the analogs and am trying to just feel it out and see what happens. Last night I vaped from about 5pm on (after the mail came with my kit and I got the Twist charged), with only one analog before bed. Today, I have been up for about 6 hours now and have had just 2 analogs and a bunch of vaping. Normally by now I would have had at least 3 or 4 smokes. And I'm hardly trying yet and I don't even like this first flavor I'm using, LOL.
And while I am here I will also add how freaking awesome this forum is. I have been on many forums, including as an admin on a few, and y'all are among the friendliest and most patient people I have seen online. Yeah, there is iinevitably drama and some troublemakers and trolls and all those things that pervade the internet but really, you (both the owners/admins and the members) are doing a fabulous job from what I have seen so far. And I have read a LOT of threads. So KUDOS!
