Hey guys,
Been vaping for a few years now, started when it was just starting to get more well known and everything was outrageously expensive. I have tried many different devices and pretty much settled on what works best for me. Simple ego style batts and some CE5s. I will say I have been very impressed with Greensounds GSH2 bottom core clearos.

Anyway I buy most of my stuff from thevaporgirl. Problem is, she has been out of stock of CE5 cores for several weeks (among other things) and I need some more. So i go online and buy some others, when I try to use them they are different. I bought a lot of these too. I never realized there were different types of cores for CE5s. crimsonvapor's website calls them type A cores. but doesn't sell the clearo that uses them individually. They sell a kit with the clearo but I dont need a whole kit. The ones I am used to using from the vapor girl (Itsuwa brand) have a flat bottom, these have kind of a cone shaped bottom, and are a good bit taller as well.

I am hoping someone here knows what i have and can direct me to the type of clearo i can use these with.

Thanks in advance guys

My clearos fit my batts just fine, and these odd cores will fit into the clearos, but because of their cone shaped bottom you cannot get any draw, and the drip tip will not fit back into the clearo.
The only adapter I know of from 510 to ego is just a collar (since ego is 510 treaded at the top from what I know) and I already have one of those for use with 510 tanks like the big kangers and such.

This is the type I use normally. Notice the flat bottom.

This is the type I got recently, notice the cone shape bottom. But they are both supposed to be used with CE5s. Odd I think.
