Just got my KGO, want huge vapor

just got my new kgo. i love it. been vaping non-stop since i opened the package late yesterday afternoon. used the battery right out of the box. it hasn't quit yet. i just changed to the other one for no reason other then to give the first one a rest and to test the 2nd one. is good too. after allthis vaping, i decided that i want HUGE vaper and warm also. i use 60/40 juice. i have the 2 atty that came with it. also Boge 2.0ohm LR 510 cartomizers, 5 pack of 1.7ohm single coil 510 cartomizer by SmokTECH, 2.0 ohm low resistance 510 cartomizer.(single coil), and a Ego Mega Dual coil from Smok Tech 1.5ohm EMDCC. what should i di to get WARM huge VAPOR???..........THANKS ,,VINCE
