Just got my MVP! But disappointed with the juice ]:

I just got my iTaste MVP in today! Single day shipping form Canvape! It was my very first time vaping, but I think it went fairly well. VV mods are really really easy to use - i dont know why there is fuss about first starting with an ego because VVs are too complicated. However, I did learn the difference between cartomizer tanks and clearomizers verrrrry quickly! As soon as I got it, I loaded up an iClear 16 with the blueberry juice by Vapen juice. Easy, simple and started to puff away. I was very surprised that the draw of vapes were so restricted. After smoking hookah for a while, I got so used to a wide open draw. Still a nice little device, nonetheless. I then had a ....ty time priming the Boge F16 carto I got. I didnt realize just how messy tanks were. The carto also doesnt lock into the bottom of the tank, so its sort of difficult to screw/unscrew into my mod. I filled up the tank, then tried out the vanilla by Vapen Juice. However, the flavours I ordered were pretty disgusting. They both taste very chemically, nothing like the real flavours, and sort of bitter. There was no harsh burning or anything though. The vanilla in tje Boge tank tastes even worse than the blueberry. Would this be because of the ....ty juice that I bought? Or is it because I didnt steep them? I also heard that the filler material of cartos usually tastes really bad and that I should avoid cartos. I hope to order a nice tasting selection of juices soon from the "members section" of Canvape (i didnt login before I made my first order, so I only saw the horrible selection of Vapen Juices), or from jugheads. And do you guys have any other suggestions for clearos? vivi nova, or evod? Thanks in advance!

As far as carto tanks go I love them!! Ive tried the Nova and a few different clearomizers and atomizers and carto tanks gets my vote although I'm dying to try RBA's. I hear you on tanks being hard to fill though. I use a syringe while I'm at home and a needle head bottle while out and about. I will be investing in a U-Can. I hear they make filling tanks a breeze. As far as your juice is concerned I have never ordered from Vapen Juice but it sounds like you need to Steep your juice. Ive heard all this mess about leaving it in a cabinet for a few weeks with the cap off but if your anything like me your want to start vaping and enjoying it ASAP. What has worked out well for me is putting my juice bottles in a cup filled with water just below the top cap and putting it in the microwave for 45 seconds then take the cap and the dripper top off. I then leave the bottles in a dark cabinet overnight. By time morning hits my juice is good to go. All of my juice came from MtBakerVapor so far. You should try them. They have extremely low prices and fast shipping and if you use coupon code "freeshipping" your order ships for free!

It wasnt so much filling the actual tank, but getting the filler material to soak up the primer juice without having the liquid just drip out the other end. I'm exactly like you in the sense that I cant wait haha. I just searched up a few threads about express steeping - usually involves heating it up and shaking. I'm currently leaving the bottles in really hot tap water, and shaking them and refilling the water every so often for the rest of the day. I'd love to order from them, but i'm pretty sure they said that they cant ship to Canada. But thanks for the suggestion!

Go on youtube and search vids on filling cartos using the condom method.

I would give the juices some more time. I wasn't crazy about my first juices from Halo but the taste changed substantially for the better after just 24 hrs. I had prefilled cartos and just took the caps off overnight. I then ordered a 30ml bottle and it has gotten better week by week. I always shake the bottle well before each fill. I believe most juices get better with steeping, but taste is subjective and you may have some that you won't like no matter what. There are lots of great vendors out there. I check the juice sub forum here often and have ordered a few sample packs from different vendors. Hang in there and good luck to you!!
