Hello, just signed up for this forum, it has many helpful threads already.

One issue I would like to address is with my new NPRO from njoy.

It seems when I smoke the njoy (I just got it, so it has a new cartridge) that I get an extremely large amount of the actual liquid in my mouth.

I switched to the other cartridges and it is the same.

Is this normal?

It's definitely not a pleasing taste to stick around on my tongue, I had to go drink a lot of water to get it out.

Hold the e-cig at a downward angle.
Gentle, long pulls.

It's a little different, and takes a bit of getting used to. You should put in an order for e-liquid ASAP, before your cartridges run dry. They don't last as long as the seller says they will. Don't throw the carts away. They can be refilled for a fraction of the cost of new ones.

Atomizers are unpredictable. Spares are a must.

Your NPRO is a Model RN4081, and any RN4081 part will fit on yours. Spare parts are fairly inexpensive to keep you going. There is also a RN4081 Forum at;
RN 4081 *Super Mini* - e-cigarette-forum.com • The place for electronic cigarette reviews, news and chat

Don't hesitate to ask questions.
Cheers;

First thing about the NPro is to use LONG, EASY drags, don't pull too hard. If you do you get juice in your mouth. Use a short puff (called a pre-puff) that heats the atty a bit, then a long, easy pull for up to the cut-off point where your lite flashes on the end. This is the hottest your atomizer can get, and makes vapor rather that pulling juice out of the cart too fast. You don't need to pull hard, only enough to engage the battery (light the light). Too many puffs too short will "flood" the atomizer, so you may want to take everything apart, and at the screw end of the atty blow into it hard to blow out excess liquid. Re-assemble, keep your cartridge filler wet (4-5 drops of juice, if you're filling your own, no more that that...if it's too full it looks "puddled" on your wicking.) Push the cartridge straight in and pull straight out when you assemble, that will keep the filler from being skewed up into the filler holder too far. Don't "twist it" together. Fully charged battery, well-filled cart, and long easy pulls yields a very nice volume of vapor, a very satisfying PV. If you hear "gurgling", your atomizer is flooded, so blow it out as needed. Will keep you happy, it's a good unit! It is not the same as cigarette smoking, harder pull more smoke, it is quite the opposite, and this takes some practice till you get comfortable with it. You need the atomizer to fully heat for the best vapor, which means time, not pull. Try to eliminate that "gurgle" sound as soon as possible, to keep excess liquid from getting down into the open top of the battery, as it will short out the battery and cause it to go berserk, which will burn out your atomizer, my experience!! And as Jim said, don't puff on an empty cartridge (it will taste like plastic if too dry) as this is also hard on the atomizer.

By now, are your cheeks sore? If so, you are just pulling way too hard.
PS ~ do get a couple extra atomizers, and likewise batteries, as soon you can, but by all means re-fill with your own juice, so much cheaper!! Always remove the insert containing the filler for re-filling, and wipe excess juice from the outside, so you don't end up pulling that into your mouth. Use a pin or paper clip in the tiny hole on top of the mouthpiece to get it out. I do believe they cover that in the direction booklet you should have.

For any automatic battery setup I would always suggest using it in front of a mirror at first.

You have to draw hard enough to get the battery working, thereby lighting the LED.
But draw too hard you're going to get juice in your mouth and probably flood the atomizer.
And if you flood the atomizer it won't work for quite awhile unless you blow it out.

In fact, if you flood the atomizer you'll probably even get juice in your mouth with light draws.
