I drilled mine out to 5/64 and I truly enjoy the airier vape, but I waited about a month (holy smokes, I've had my grand for a month! Gnarly!).
It's great for my strong menthols (what vape ~80% of the time), but I found I got a little flavor loss on lighter flavors, so made myself an ugly, but functional airflow control ring.

All in all I would suggest waiting a bit to see how you like the stock, then take stock to see if you really want to go bigger. You can never make the hole smaller. (That's what she said (sorry, I had too)).

I was just wondering cuz the stock airhole is so small my lung hits feel like im not inhaling anything it feels like im trying to draw with my finger over the hole

I just recently drilled my RM2 out to 1/16" and I'm loving it!

I will say it took me about a day to get used to it. Stay with it for a few days and see how you adjust to it.

What can I say, I like it loose!!

Welcome and congrats! Looks like you'll be finding your sweet spot soon. I bored one out to 1/16 and the other to #53 drill bit(my first drill job) but I think it will get the 1/16 treatment soon.

I've heard that increased air flow diminishes the flavor. I haven't found that to be the case with the 1/16" diameter. Does anyone out there have any opinions on increased air flow = flavor loss???

Congrats and welcome m3nace. Seems to me your needs want a bigger hole. Just do it in little steps maybe.
